• Are your products safe for my Cat as well as my Dog?

    Yes, our products are 100% safe for both felines and dogs. Just specify in the notes section of your order if your treats are for your Cat.

  • How far in advance would I need to place my order?

    We have a date selector on our order for orders requiring a certain date but we require 4 days minimum advance for each order. We also accept pre-orders for as long away as you need, just specify in the notes/date selector.

  • Can I freeze my product?

    You absolutely can! Our products can be stored for 3-6 months. They can be defrosted in the fridge for several hours before sitting at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.

  • How long can my products be kept for?

    We recommend consuming as soon as possible to maintain the best quality freshness. However, biscuits can remain at room temperature in a container for up to 3 months. Or 3-6 further months frozen!

  • What if my order goes missing in transit?

    All of our deliveries are tracked using Royal Mail and we'll follow an investigation with Royal Mail to locate the order.

  • What if I need to make amendments to my order after payment has been sent?

    You can contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours after payment has been received.

  • Can I collect my order in person?

    You can always collect your orders once they're ready. You will receive a notification once the order has been fulfilled. The collection address is displayed in the checkout section.

  • My discount order doesn't work, what should I do?

    Reach out to us via WhatsApp and we can amend the price accordingly and reimburse you the difference. We will require the proven discount code as it may be discontinued.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    GPay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay Visa Debit + Credit and Mastercard.

  • I need to cancel my order.

    Reach out to us within 48 hours of the order being placed to see if we can accomodate the cancellation. Custom orders may not be refundable.
